Return Policy: Product Return and Transaction Cancellation Policy 1. A product may be returned/exchanged up to 14 calendar days from the date of order/7 calendar days from the date of delivery (whichever is the furthest between them) and only when the product has been kept as received and has not been used and/or washed. In order to carry out the return/exchange, the customer will be charged a shipping fee of NIS 49. Only after receiving the products back will the website operator and/or business owner grant the customer a credit calculated according to the amount paid by the customer for the returned products, less the shipping fees charged to the customer, less the shipping fees for collecting the return, less the price of products that were not returned for any reason, and less cancellation fees. 2. In the event of a transaction being canceled due to a defect in the products supplied or due to a discrepancy between the products supplied and their description on the website, the payment method used by the customer to pay for the aforementioned products in that transaction will be credited. The payment method will be credited in full for the total amount charged to the customer for those products. Alternatively, the customer may choose to order identical or different products in place of the products whose order was canceled. In this case, the website operator and/or the business owner will send the replacement products to the customer at no additional charge. 3. The payment method credit is conditional on the customer returning the products to the website operator and/or the business owner for inspection of the defect or malfunction that caused the non-conformity. A product that is provided to the customer without charge, such as a bonus product, a gift product, etc., and which is returned by the customer, will not be given/entitled to a refund of any kind. 4. In the event that the consumer requests to cancel the transaction after 7 business days have passed, the website operator and/or the business owner will bear the shipping costs and the consumer will be exempt from cancellation costs. 5. A transaction that is canceled by the customer after the products have been ordered from the supplier and/or the order has been delivered to the distribution company, the customer must bear a cancellation cost of 100 NIS and the website owner and/or the business may take legal action for the damage caused to him. 7. The website operator and/or The business owner may cancel, at his sole discretion, for any reason, and at any time, a customer's order, in whole or in part, before the order has been sent to the customer or before it has been received by him. 8. No exchange and/or return of items from the surplus collection and/or previous collections will be allowed. 9. A customer who has not been charged for an order that was canceled by the site operator and/or the business owner or who has already been refunded for a charge that was made, will not be entitled to make any claim and/or demand any demand and/or claim any claim from the site and/or its operator for the cancellation of the order in question.
